The us Country Team (UNCT) is devoted to help Ukraine in fulfilling its responsibilities on sex equality and women’s liberties beneath the worldwide framework that is normative sex equality and women’s empowerment, including yet not limited by the immediate following:
- 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development understands that individual liberties perform a role that is central the development and sex equality is vital for achieving SDGs with strong increased exposure of addressing inequality and discrimination using the concept of ‘leaving no body behind’ and ‘reaching the furthest behind first’.
- 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development uses a twin-track approach where sex equality and empowerment of females and girls had been understood to be a stand-alone objective (Goal # 5) in addition to a cross-cutting problem with appropriate goals under all the objectives with responsibility to get data disaggregated by intercourse and age.
- In nationalized by Ukraine SDGs, sex equality is incorporated in 10 of 17 Goals, 25 away from 86 goals and 45 away from 172 indicators;
